Delta Sigma Pi is a professional fraternity organized to foster the study of business in universities; to encourage scholarship, social activity and the association of students for their mutual advancement by research and practice; to promote closer affiliation between the commercial world and students of commerce, and to further a higher standard of commercial ethics and culture and the civic and commercial welfare of the community.
At the Zeta Pi Chapter of Saint Joseph’s University, we bring this mission to life by helping students grow academically, professionally, and personally, preparing them for successful careers beyond college.
About the Zeta Pi Chapter
The Zeta Pi Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi, a leading professional business fraternity, was founded as the first of its kind at Saint Joseph’s University in 1965 and later reinstated in 2003.
Since our founding, we have initiated over 1,000 members from the Haub School of Business. As part of the Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity, our brothers represent every major within the business school.
Through active involvement and dedication, the Zeta Pi Chapter continues to uphold a tradition of excellence in professionalism, social engagement, and community impact.

Delta Sigma Pi's History
Delta Sigma Pi was founded in 1907 at New York University by four business students who saw an opportunity to create a more inclusive and impactful organization for business majors. What started as a small initiative has grown into one of the most recognized professional business fraternities in the country.
Since its founding, the Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity has been built on a commitment to professionalism, scholarship, and service, values that continue to define the organization today.
Today, Delta Sigma Pi continues to develop future leaders by providing members with the skills, connections, and experiences needed to succeed in their careers and make a meaningful impact.
